Academic Session Details
The academic session for 2022/2023 started on 14th December 2023 and ended on 26th September 2024.
Graduands should confirm their names and status by visiting the University of Ilorin website.
Payments Required from Graduands
All graduands need to make certain payments to complete their graduation.
These payments apply whether or not a graduand plans to attend the convocation.
- Ph.D. Academic Outfits – Must be purchased for Ph.D. graduands.
- Hiring of Academic Outfits for First Degree and Master’s/Postgraduate Degrees.
- Order of Proceedings.
- Convocation Muffler.
- Memorabilia.
- Student’s Copy of Transcript (Undergraduate) – ₦10,000.
- NYSC Identity Card (Undergraduate) – ₦1,500.
- Student’s Copy of Transcript (Master/Postgraduate programmes) – ₦10,000.
- Certificate – ₦10,000.
- Administrative Charges – ₦5,000.
Note: Academic gowns will be handled by Unilorin Holdings Limited.
Compulsory Fees for Graduands
All graduands are expected to pay compulsory fees based on their degree type.
Undergraduate Degrees:
- Transcript – ₦10,000.
- Certificate – ₦10,000.
- NYSC Identity Card – ₦1,500.
- Administrative Charges – ₦5,000.
- Total: ₦26,500.
Master/Postgraduate Degrees:
- Transcript – ₦10,000.
- Certificate – ₦10,000.
- Administrative Charges – ₦5,000.
- Total: ₦25,000.
Ph.D. Degrees:
- Certificate – ₦10,000.
- Administrative Charges – ₦5,000.
- Total: ₦15,000.
