IMPORTANT NOTE:
- OAU post UTME will be computer based test format.
- Kindly be informed that all eligible candidates are required to pay the sum of Two thousand Naira (N2,000) only for OAU post UTME form.

OAU Post-UTME/DE Eligibility Requirements
a) JAMB Cut Off Mark:
Candidates must score at least 200 and above in the 2024 UTME and must have selected Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (OAU) as their first choice of Institution in their 2024/2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination registration exercise.
b) Candidates who did not choose OAU as their first choice institution, but wish to study in the institution are ELIGIBLE to apply for OAU Post UTME on the grounds that such candidate(s) must have successfully completed a change of Institution and course to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife on the JAMB Portal before the closing date.
d) O’Level Requirements:
Candidate must have obtained at least five (5) credit passes at GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, or their equivalent and these subjects must include English Language, and Mathematics.
- One of the passes shall be a pass at ‘O’ Level or equivalent in English Language.
- Except in the cases of candidate for admission to the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Law, and for the Bachelor of Arts in Education in the Faculty of Education, one of the credit passes shall be a pass at ‘O’ Level or equivalent in Mathematics.
e) OAU DE Requirement:
Obafemi Awolowo University will admit only candidates who made at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects AT NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS.
f) Pre-degree and JUPEB Candidates:
Candidates who made the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife their First Choice Institution in the 2024/2025 UTME and scored 200 and above are eligible for screening.
Application Guide For OAU Post UTME/DE Screening Admission Form
Please note that before starting your application, you need to have an active email address. This is needed for receiving information from OAU as regards the progress of your application form.
To apply for OAU post UTME form online, candidates must adhere strictly to the following guidelines:
First thing to do is to log on to OAU’s University eportal to register for the post-UTME screening exercise and follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit admissions.oauife.edu.ng
Step 2: Log on to the site with your Registration Number as Username and your Surname as Password.
Step 3: Fill the biodata form and click continue.
Step 4: Obtain an RRR (Remita Retrieval Reference) from this site only, and use it to make payment online or at any commercial bank.
Step 5: Once payment is accepted, the system logs out and you can now login again. The screening exercise will be conducted online.
Applicants that provide false information, or upload incorrect credentials will automatically be disqualified.

PRINTING OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP
Please note that this slip is a very important document that must be carried along when going for your screening test at OAU. Any candidate that fails to carry this document automatically won’t be allowed into the exam hall.
Applicants should note that the PUTME-Screening fee is two thousand naira (N2,000.00) only, (Excluding Portal Access Charges).
