General Eligibility:

  • Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport.
  • Applicants from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan who have emigrated must provide proof of foreign citizenship obtained before April 30, 2021, along with documentation of canceled Chinese nationality.
