Brilliant Man Graduates with First-Class in Electrical Engineering, Celebrates Achievement

AFRICA | A brilliant man graduates as an Electrical Engineer with first-class, celebrates success.

A brilliant Nigerian man named Joshua Popoola has bagged an Electrical Engineering degree with first-class honors from the Federal University Oye Ekiti, South West Nigeria.

Joshua graduated with remarkable grades as an Electronic and Electrical Engineer from the Nigerian University. He shared his achievement in a LinkedIn Post.

He described his academic journey as rewarding, noting the countless hours of dedication, problem-solving, and learning that led to his achievement.

Joshua said he is thankful for the support from his  family, friends, mentors, and everyone who believed in him along the way.

He also thanked his brother and Boss  who motivated him and guided him on practical experiments on electronics and acoustic equipment repair and maintenance at Grandeur Musicals port Harcourt, Rivers state.

He said he is also grateful for the support of his career mentor,  Joseph Akinpelu, who stood by him during his internship at Metropolitan Area Transport Authority. Joshua also thanked his study partners for their contrinbution to his sucess.

Looking ahead, Joshua said he is eager to dive deeper into his areas of interest, including Control Engineering, Electronics and Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Network and Security Engineering, and exploring how Artificial Intelligence is transforming power generation and technology.

In another story, an 11-year-old Nigerian kid named Muhammad Kaumi Bashir has invented a mini-power generator that works with fuel.

Muhammad who hailed from Bornu State, Northern Nigeria was reported to be a first-year student in High school. Being a very inquisitive and brilliant young boy, he decided to fabricate the mini-generator to pursue his dream of becoming an Electrical Engineer.

His invention was able to power light bulbs and could be expanded. According to Bashir’s mother, Mallama Yakaka Kaumi, her son started displaying his creative talent in electronic and mechanical fabrications, right from the tender age of five.
