Description For 2024 Postdoctoral and Doctoral Scholarship At CSIC
The project aims to explore the role of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) as a signaling molecule in plant-associated bacteria. The selected candidates will study the mechanisms by which IAA influences plant-microbe interactions, including its role in bacterial processes. The research will involve various methods, such as high-throughput ligand screening, microcalorimetry, and crystallography. The outcomes will contribute to the development of new strategies for plant growth promotion and biocontrol of plant pathogens.
How To Apply For 2024 Postdoctoral and Doctoral Scholarship At CSIC
Interested candidates should send their CV, academic transcripts, and contact information for two referees to Miguel A. Matilla at miguel.matilla@eez.csic.es. Co-supervision will be provided by Amalia Roca (Universidad de Granada).
